For REALTORS® Agency relationships govern how we provide professional services.  Client and Customer level duties overlap and differ - learn to better navigate and explain those differences with clarity and confidence.  This is a Post-Licensing course, approved for all active salesperson and brokers.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO CLASS OR A $25.00 NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.  Cancellations accepted by cancelling through the portal or calling GMNBR office at 603-668-1054. Should not cancel through the instructor and it will not constitute a valid reason to waive any assessed no-show fees.
